Ingredients

  • 1 bowl of cooked rice (cooled)

  • ½ head of broccoli

  • 250gr salmon fillet

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 3 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon fermented vinegar

  • A pinch of ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients

Rinse the salmon and pat dry with paper towels. Set aside to drain.

Cut the broccoli into small florets, wash with salt water, then blanch briefly in boiling water.

  1. Marinate the salmon

Dice the salmon into small cubes. Marinate with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and a pinch of ground pepper. Mix gently to coat the salmon evenly.

  1. Make the rice seasoning

Place the cooked rice in an oven-safe tray or bowl.

Add 3 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon fermented vinegar. Mix well so the rice absorbs the seasoning, then spread it out evenly.
