Ingredients
200gr salmon fillet
70gr asparagus
5 - 6 cherry tomatoes
A few lettuce leaves
1 small cucumber
1 egg
1 slice of lemon
Salt and pepper
1 slice of unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients
Rinse the salmon and vegetables, then drain well.
Pan-sear the salmon
Melt butter in a hot pan.
Place asparagus and eggs on the sides of the pan, then put the salmon in the center.
Start searing the salmon with the skin side down first for 3 - 4 minutes, then flip to the flesh side and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
*Note: Using unsalted butter instead of cooking oil gives the dish a softer texture and richer flavor.
Make the salad
Chop the lettuce, slice cucumber into rounds, and cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Squeeze in some lemon juice, add ½ teaspoon of salt (or seasoning powder), 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and toss gently.
Arrange everything on a plate and serve.
